The average adult male mind might gossip away about anatomy. Meanwhile, a gentleman’s appreciation for the feminine form is far more sophisticated. That subtle jiggle in your sundress is a work of art that looks like it tastes better than wine. It flows with the slightest blow of the wind, yet trembles with each step taken. What a damn clever contrast! Those curves shouldn’t get on your nerves. What’s beautiful road scenery without a few twists? Embrace your shape. Love your body. Honor your soul. We certainly do. The goal is never to be thin; the goal is always to be healthy.
Healthy meals without exercise help you look good with clothes on. Healthy meals with exercise help you look good with clothes off. But wellness is more than just a clean bill of health from a doctor. To be healthy is to have symmetry between your mind, body and soul. This isn’t some strange spiritual stuff—it’s truth. You’re more than just a body. The soul and mind are well connected.
For some reason for some folks, the most difficult workout is exercising common sense. Avoiding exercise because you got your hair done is a tragedy. There are too many excuses used to get out of going to the gym: It’s too expensive, I’ll do it next year; I don’t have time. Haven’t you seen Waiting to Exhale? Well, quit waiting to exhale. Instead of holding your breath in bikinis, hold up weights at the gym. Some people take advantage of good health. It’s like the electricity going out—you don’t think about it when it’s on, but if it goes out, it’s the end of the world! Be proactive. Don’t wait too late to be healthy. Photoshop isn’t a gym. It’s digital plastic surgery.
A greater focus on the body than on the soul is useless. What good are great breasts if behind them lays an ugly heart? Don’t workout your mind and fail to workout your body. If you feed your body and neglect your soul, you’ll still be hungry. When you take care of your entire being, all other areas of life will fall into place. You’ll be a better worker, a better lover and a better person. And you’ll never have to stress about going out on a little date. There will be plenty options—just don’t treat them like options. Good health is where you find great balance. Never neglect you.
Hell yes to your sundress!
