After a short hiatus, Keyshia Cole is back, and in a much happier place. During the time off, the singer focused on motherhood and marriage to NBA player Daniel Gibson. In doing so, the singer has found a sense of peace.
The single “I Had Enough of No Love” tells of a strong woman who is fed up with a relationship where she isn’t appreciated. But don’t confuse the sorrow-filled songs on Cole’s upcoming album “Woman to Woman” as a true reflection of where the singer is in her life. Cole told Essence Magazine, “I’m in a happy place now. However, some of my fans are not. So I brought on a bunch of writers this time around… obviously I’m not in that place to write those kinds of songs.” She continues, “I think that I’ve grown vocally and I think a lot of the songs are touching to me.” Read more>>
