Illinois judge Charles Burns has ruled to proceed with the trial of William Balfour, the man accused of killing three of Grammy and Oscar Award winner Jennifer Hudson’s family members in 2008.
Upholding the arrest of Balfour Tuesday, calling it “proper,” Burns dismissed Balfour attorney’s claims that his arrest should have been thrown out because police “lacked probable cause”. Read More>>
